The 30 Day Rewire is completely self-guided. There are no scheduled calls or group sessions you have to attend. You move through the material on your own time and at your own pace, which allows the work to fit into real life rather than forcing you into another rigid schedule.

No. You can begin whenever you feel ready. Some women start immediately, others wait until they feel they have the space to move through the process intentionally. Once you have access, the program is yours.

The daily structure is designed to fit into real life. Most women spend around 10–20 minutes with the daily reflection or practice, but this is broken up throughout the day. The real shift happens through awareness and small, consistent moments of surrender throughout your day.

Many women who come into this space have already done a lot of healing work. This isn’t about starting over or learning another technique.

This work focuses on something deeper: allowing the places that still feel tight, reactive, or fearful in your body to become places of surrender with God.

For many women, the knowledge is already there. What hasn’t happened yet is the embodiment.

That’s actually very common here.

This process isn’t about “fixing yourself” or forcing your nervous system to behave differently. It’s about learning to become aware of the moments where fear, control, or survival patterns show up — and choosing a different response rooted in trust and surrender.

The work becomes powerful when you are willing to notice those moments honestly and move through them with God rather than trying to delete or suppress them.

That’s okay. This isn’t about perfection or performance.

The goal of the 30 days is to help you begin building a new rhythm of awareness, surrender, and trust in your everyday life. If you miss a day, you simply pick back up where you left off.

This is about observing what works best for your body with God and incorporating these micro-moments into your everyday lifestyle...that takes time sis.
